Juan is a friend of mine who was born 100 years too late. He is a flat-out cowboy who could be plunked down anywhere in the West from the 1800's on and sure enough be a good hand in anybody's outfit. I first met him at a team roping where he and his partner proceeded to take everybody's money. Also, he had a tendency to look upon the wannabes and weekend ropers with the expression seen in the drawing that seems to imply the question: "Been here long?".
